Created out of a need, to provide a unique Training Solution across Education, Business and Training, TM3 has found it’s home in Moranbah and the Central Highlands. At the helm of TM3 is Melissa Westcott, with a background in Business Development and Training and Education, Melissa came from a unique position, which lead her to the creation of TM3.

With a diverse business scope TM3 finds pure joy in seeing a high school student, adult or small business owner having that light bulb moment when the dots are connected.
